[...] Also, where one expects a friendly request, it gives with the prescriptions to the Lakotasprache no command form.

12.6 the time forms of the verbs
In the Lakotasprache are there no time forms of the verb, how we know her in the German language. In order to express a time form in the Lakotasprache, it is to be used necessarily such words like yesterday or tomorrow.
The expression áble can mean: “I took something. ”, “I took something.” or “I take (straight) something.”.
The future form cannot be formed with the word KTA, but always.
Examples:
