Surely it happened already many of us, particularly to the women, that it troubles, insulted or that jokes were made at their expense.

Heike Mueller wrote a helpful book for all, which are confronted with such problems. It means:

In this book one determined, which 72% of the women were sexually troubled already once on the job. That means, at least 2 from 3 women was suspended such annoyances.

With anzüglichen jokes 81% of the women, i.e. 4 of 5 women were troubled.
Over sexual behavior in the private life 56% of the Mrs. von Männern with questions were troubled, i.e. approximately each 2. Woman is affected by it.
14% of the women were troubled by telephone, i.e. each 7. Woman is troubled in such way.
Requests to sexual traffic and/or vocational advantages were offered to 7% of the women with sexual obligingness, i.e. each 14. Woman is affected by such annoyance.

Unfortunately it often occurs, if the women concerned weight that the “advisors” give the feeling to the women, to be not seriously taken and/or expressed that the women would exaggerate.

Unfortunately it is still like that that more one believes to an accused of man, as a troubled woman, if there are for it no witnesses. Before one curves so a man “a hair”, its act only once as “unfortunate derailing” played down. Mostly nothing happens to the Mr. Belästiger, since a notice or a dismissal would be a “unreasonable load” for it and its family.
