The NORTH AMERICAN HOMELESS OMBUDSMAN COUNCIL was created out of a severe need to help Pissburgh Pennsylvania's & America's Criminally Neglected & Abused HOMELESS Peoples, being tossed around within America's HOMELESS SHELTERS like pieces of meat. American HOMELESS are about the only Peoples within the United States who are treated worse than prisoners and are virtually stripped of any fair decency or their rights under the United States Constitution!.

Homeless Residents within Pensylvania Homeless Shelters, such as the Pleasant Valley Shelter of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and owned/operated by the GOODWILL Industries Corporation, are being bullied by Staff Member John Bell & other staff members.
Sickly & Crippled old men are being kicked out into the elements with no provisions to protect them from the weather and other elements of danger.
