An act to amend the act of Congress approved February eleventh, nineteen hundred and one, entitled “An act providing for allotments of lands in severalty to the Indians of the La Pointe or Bad River Reservation, in the State of Wisconsin.”

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the act of Congress approved February eleventh, nineteen hundred and one (Thirty-first Statutes, page seven hundred and sixty-six), entitled “An act providing for allotments of lands in severalty to the Indians of the La Pointe or Bad River Reservation, and the State of Wisconsin,” shall not be construed so as to bar or in any manner abridge or curtail the right of any Indian to allotment on said reservation, wehther born before or after the passage of said act, as provided by the treaty concluded with the Chippewas of Lake Superior and the Mississippi, September thirtieth, eighteen hundred and fifty-four.
