Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of $152.21 is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the possession of the United States belonging to the Choctaw and Chickasaw Indian Tribes not other wise appropriated, to reimburse William H. Foods for expenses incurred by him as assistant tribal attorney of the Chickasaw Indians between the date of December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and thirteen, and May fourth, nineteen hundred and fourteen, inclusive.
