Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That in the enrollment of the bill the Secretary of the Senate be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to insert the words “Act of” after the word “the” where it first occurs in line 12 of the matter inserted by the committee of conference of the two Houses on the bill (S. 135) entitled “An Act for the restoration of annuities to the Medawakanton and Wahpakoota (Santee) Sioux Indians, declared forefeited by the Act of February sixteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three.”
