Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $40,000 for the purpose of cooperating
with school district numbered 23, Polson, Montana, in the improvement and extension of public-school buildings: Provided, That the schools maintained by the district shall be available to both Indian and white children without discrimination, except that tuition may be paid for Indian children attending in the discretion of the Secretary of the Interior: Provided further, That such expenditures shall be subject to such further conditions as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior.
