Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Department of Agriculture and for the Farm Credit Administration for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1939, namely:
For the survey, construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of main roads through unappropriated or unreserved public lands, nontaxable Indian lands, or other Federal reservations other than the forest reservations, under the provisions of the Act of June 24, 1930 (23 U.S.C. 3), $2,500,000, to be immediately available and to remain available until expended, which sum is the amount authorized for the fiscal year 1939 by section 3 of the Act approved June 16, 1936 (49 Stat. 1520).
