Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior is, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any funds in the United States Treasury belonging to the Chickasaw Nation not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,000 to William F. Bourland in full payment for services as a delegate of said nation to Washington from January 1 to June 20, 1910, inclusive.
