Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Departments of State, Justice, and Commerce, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1945, namely:
United States contributions to international commissions, congresses, and bureaus: For payment of the annual contributions, quotas, and expenses, including loss by exchange in discharge of the obligations
of the United States in connection with international commissions, congresses, bureaus, and other objects, in not to exceed
the respective amounts as follows:
Inter-American Indian Institute, $4,800;
