AN ACT
To cancel drainage charges against certain lands within the Unitah Indian irrigation project, Utah.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the action of the Secretary of the Interior by order dated October 15, 1943, taken pursuant to the authority contained in the Act of June 22, 1936 (49 Stat. 1803), in canceling $23,090.62 of irrigation drainage charges due the United States against three thousand one hundred and twenty and five one-hundredths acres of non-Indian-owned land within the Uintah irrigation project, Utah, is hereby approved, and the Secretary of the Interior is directed to take any necessary action to remove from the records the landowners' obligations so canceled.
