To authorize the sale of certain allotted land on the Crow Reservation, Montana.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Americas in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior, upon application in writing, is hereby authorized to sell the homestead allotment numbered 3507 of Ellsworth Schroeder, described as the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter, the east half of the northwest quarter, and the northeast quarter of section 29; the west half of the northwest quarter and the west half of the east half of the northwest quarter in section 28, township 9 south, range 34 east, Montana principal meridian, containing approximately four hundred acres, and to disburse the proceeds of such sale for the benefit of Ellsworth Schroeder.
