Authorizing the issuance of a patent in fee to John B. Cummins.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to issue to John B. Cummins a patent in fee to the following-described lands allotted to him on the Crow Indian Reservation, Montana: The southeast quarter of section 12, township 6 south, range 36 east; lot 3, the east half of the southwest quarter, and the southeast quarter of section 7, township 6 south, range 37 east; and lots 2 and 3, the northeast quarter, the east half of the northwest quarter, the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter, and the north half of the north half of the north half of the southeast quarter of section 18, township 6 south, range 37 east, Montana principal meridian, containing seven hundred ninety-seven and twenty-one one-hundredths acres, more or less.
