To amend titles 18 and 28 of the United States Code.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 1162, title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking therefrom the words "except the Menominee Reservation" and the comma preceding those words.

SEC. 2.

Section 1360, title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking therefrom the words "except the Menominee Reservation" and the comma preceding those words.
