Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all the right, title, and interest in and to the following described tracts of land and the improvements thereon on the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota, purchased by the United States with funds derived from the "Indian moneys, proceeds of labor, Rosebud School" account, shall hereafter be held by the United States in trust for the benefit of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota.

That all the right, title, and interest in and to the south half section 9, township 38 north, range 30 west, sixth principal meridian, containing 281.91 acres, more or less (Bureau of Indian Affairs reference: Tract 1-BIA-107-L-24), on the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota, purchased by the United States with funds derived from the "Indian moneys, proceeds of labor, Rosebud School" account, shall hereafter be held by the United States in trust for the benefit of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota.
This conveyance is subject to all valid existing rights-of-way of record and subject to that certain proposed right-of-way for sewer purposes to the United States Public Health Service on which construction was authorized by the Superintendent, Rosebud Agency, on July 31, 1962.
The Indian Claims Commission is directed to determine in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of the Act of August 13, 1946 (60 Stat. 1050), the extent to which the value of the title conveyed by this Act should or should, not be set off against any claim against the United States determined by the Commission.
