Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That upon payment by the Cherokee Tribe of Oklahoma, as provided in section 2 of this Act, all the right, title, and interest of the United States in that part of the northwest quarter northeast quarter and southwest quarter

northeast quarter lying south of United States Highway Numbered 62, section 20, township 16 north, range 22 east, Indian meridian, Oklahoma, comprising 38.5 acres more or less, heretofore acquired for school purposes, shall vest in the Cherokee Indian Tribe of Oklahoma, and such land shall not be subject to any exemption from taxation, or restrictions on use, management, or disposition because of Indian ownership.

SEC. 2.

In full consideration for the transfer of title, the Cherokee Tribe of Oklahoma shall pay the United States $2,258.80, payment to be made to the Secretary of the Interior within ninety days after this Act is approved and deposited in the general fund of the United States Treasury.

SEC. 3.

The Indian Claims Commission is directed to determine in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 13, 1946 (60 Stat. 1050), the extent to which the value of the title conveyed by this Act as of August 20, 1964, less the payment of $2,258.80 as provided in section 2, should or should not be set off against any claim the United States determined by the Commission.
