Pursuant to authority contained in section 5 of the act of July 27, —939 (53 Stat. 1128-1130), Departmental order of April 12, 1944, published in the FEDERAL REGISTER August 10, 1944, pages 9749 to 9754, inclusive, restoring certain undisposed-of, ceded lands of the Wind River Reservation, Wyoming, to tribal ownership for the use and benefit of the Shoshone-Arapaho Tribes of Indians is hereby amended by eliminating therefrom the following described lands:
