SECTION 1.

Delegation of authority. The Commissioner of Indian Affairs is authorized to exercise, in accordance with Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended (41 U.S.C. 251 et seq.), the authority delegated to the Secretary of the Interior by the Administrator of General Services (20 F. R. 12) to negotiate, without advertising, under section 302 (c) (4) of the act, contracts for the services of engineering and architectural firms when such services are incident to the activities and programs of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

SEC. 2.

Redelegation. The Commissioner of Indian Affairs may, in writing, redelegate or authorize written redelegation of the authority granted in section 1 of this order. Each such redelegation shall be published in the FEDERAL REGISTER.
