SECTION 1.

Delegation of authority. The Commissioner of Indian Affairs is authorized to exercise the authority delegated by the Secretary of Commerce to the Secretary of the Interior (July 20, 1961) in carrying out the provisions of sections 5(b), 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 of the Area Redevelopment Act (P.L. 87-27; 76 Stat. 57) with respect to Indian reservations and "reservation redevelopment areas."

SEC. 2.

Redelegation. The Commissioner of Indian Affairs may not redelegate this authority.
