Section 13y of Order No. 2508 is amended to read as follows:
Lands and Minerals. The Commissioner may exercise the authority of the Secretary in relation to the following classes of matters:
(y) the approval of orders to change designation of homestead and approval of instruments vesting title, pursuant to the provisions or 25 CFR Part 127; and approval of deeds executed pursuant to orders of the courts of the State of Oklahoma in actions instituted under section 3 of the Act of April 18, 1912 (37 Stat. 86), as supplemented by section 5 of the Act of March 2, 1929 (45 Stat. 1478).
