An act making appropriations to supply deficiencies in appropriations for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and ten, and for other purposes.

To pay the judgment of the Court of Claims in cause numbered twenty-three thousand one hundred and fifteen. The United States, complainant, against The Choctaw Nation and the Chickasaw Nation and the Chickasaw freedmen, defendants, certified to Congress in House Document Numbered Nine hundred and twenty of this session, after deductions not exceeding thirteen thousand dollars are made therein, as provided for by the terms thereof, six hundred and six thousand nine hundred and thirty-six dollars and eight cents, or so much thereof as may be necessary: Provided, That no contract or contracts heretofore or hereafter made affecting the tribal money and property of the said Indian tribes or nations shall be approved until further action by Congress.2
