Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 7 of the agreement with the Kansas or Kaw Indians, approved July 1, 1902 (Thirty-second Statutes at Large, page 638), setting aside and reserving from allotment one hunderd and sixty acres, including the school and agency buildings, be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to authorize the Secretary of the Interior in his discretion to allot to Addie May Auld and Archie William Auld one hundred and fifty acres of said reserve, excepting from allotment all school and agency buildings and not exceeding ten acres of land, the conveyance to the said persons named to be of the same form as to other Kaw allottees: Provided, That the allotments of the said land shall be in full settlement of all back annuities and any other claims or rights of said persons as enrolled members of the Kaw Tribe of Indians.
