Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represenatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supply urgent deficiencies in certain appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1925, and prior fiscal years, to provide urgent supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1925, and for other purposes, namely:
That for the payment of the following claims, certified to be due by the General Accounting Office under appropriations the balances of which have been exhausted or carried to the surplus fund under the provisions of section 5 of the Act of June 20, 1874, and under appropriations heretofore treated as permanent, being for the service of the fiscal year 1922 and prior years, unless otherwise stated, and which have been certified to Congress under section 2 of the Act of July 7, 1884, as fully set forth in House Document Numbered 535, Sixty-eighth Congress, there is appropriated as follows:
For increase of compensation, Indian Service, $42.33.
For purchase and transportation of Indian supplies, $125.89.
For telegraphing and telephoning, Indian Service, $1.91.
For determining heirs of deceased Indian allottees, $9.
For industrial work and care of timber, $15.30.
For Indian schools, support, $1,106.06.
For relieving distress and prevention, and so forth, of diseases among
Indians, $71.
For support of Chippewas of Lake Superior, Wisconsin, 47 cents.
For support of Indians in Arizona, $1.02.
For support of Sioux of different tribes: employees, and so forth, South
Dakota, $56.33.
For education of Choctaws in Mississippi, $45.64.
For administration of affairs of Five Civilized Tribes, Oklahoma, $2.52.
