Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby authorized an appropriation of $10,000 from the tribal funds on deposit in the Treasurey of the United States to the credit of the Indians of the Jicarilla Reservation, New Mexico, for the purchase of the land and appurtenances thereto situated within the exterior boundaries of that reservation and belonging to Neill B. Field, title thereto to be taken by the United States in trust for said Indians.
