Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his descretion and under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, to make reasonable

per capita payments to the Indians of the Cheyenne River Reservation from their tribal funds on deposit in the Treasury of the United States under section 6 of the Act of May 29, 1908 (Thirty-fifth Statutes at Large, page 463).
