Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a patent to issue to Edward Clark, Charles Apekaum, Calvin Atchavit, Frank Methvin, and William Tracypokendooah as trustees of Parker I-See-O Post Numbered 12, of the All American Indian Legion, Lawton, Oklahoma, and to their successors, for the east half northeast quarter northeast quarter northwest quarter of section 20, township 2 north, range 11 west of the Indian meridian, situate in Comanche County, Oklahoma: Provided, however, That said patent shall be issued upon the express condition that Parker I-See-O Post Numbered 12, All American Indian Legion, Lawton, Oklahoma, shall erect a post building upon said tract within five years after the approval of this Act: Provided further, That whenever said tract shall no longer be used as a site for a post building for said Parker I-See-O Post that title shall revert to the United States.
