Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of theUnited States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to transfer to the control of the Secretary of the Interior, for the use and benefit of certain Indians now using and occupying the land as a fishing camp site two irregular shaped parcels of land containing in the aggregate approximately seven and four-tenths acres, located in lot 1 of section 17 and in lots 1 and 2 of section 20, township 2 north, range 15 east, Willamette meridian, Oregon, originally acquired by the United States as a right of way for a projected boat railway in connection with the improvements of The Dalles-Celilo section of the Columbia River Provided, That a strip forty feet wide be reserved from such transfer for a roadway connection between the lock keeper’s grounds at Celilo and the Columbia River Highway.1
