Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, upon the written application of Erle E. Howe, Crow Indian Allottee Numbered 1555, the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to sell, for not less than the appraised value, to the highest Crow Indian bidder, or the Crow Tribe, under such terms and conditions as he may prescribe, the following-described lands allotted to him on the Crow Indian Reservation, Montana: The west half of section 10 and the north half of the northwest quarter of section 15, township 5 south, range 28 east, containing four hundred acres; and the east half of the southwest quarter and the north half of the southeast quarter, and the north half of the south half of the southeast quarter of section 21; and the southwest quarter of section 22, township 8 south, range 38 east, Montana principal meridian, containing three hundred and sixty acres.
