AN ACT
To authorize and direct the Secretary of the Interior to issue to Alice Scott White a patent in fee to certain land.

Be it enacted by the Senate arid House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, upon the written application of Alice Scott White, Crow Indian Allottee Numbered 953, the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to sell to the highest Crow Indian bidder, or the Crow Tribe, under such terms and conditions as may be prescribed, that part of the homestead land of the said allottee described as the north half and the north half of the south half of section 10, township 6 south, range 28 east, Montana principal meridian, containing four hundred and eighty acres.
