AN ACT
To provide for the construction, extension, and improvement of school buildings in Hoopa, California.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of not to exceed $803,000 for the construction, extension, improvement, and equipment of school buildings in Hoopa, California: Provided, That plans and specifications for the construction, extension, and improvement of the said school buildings shall be furnished by the Commissioner of Indian Affairs: And provided further, That the said school buildings so constructed, extended, and improved shall be the property of the United States, and shall be turned over to the Hoopa Valley Unified School District under the provisions of the Act of April 16, 1934 (48 Stat. 596), as amended by the Act of June 4, 1936 (49 Stat. 1458), and shall be made available to all the Indian children of the said district on the the same terms, except as to the payment of tuition, as to other children of said school district.
