AN ACT
To amend section 6 of the Act of March 3, 1921 (41 Stat. 1355), entitled "An Act providing for the allotment of lands within the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, Montana, and for other purposes."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstanding any provision contained in section 6 of the Act of March 3, 1921 (41 Stat. 1355),

all trust allotted lands on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation designated as homesteads by Indian allottees, pursuant to the requirements of the said section 6, shall be subject to sale, partition, issuance of patent in fee, or other disposition in accordance with the laws relating to the other allotments on the Fort Belknap Reservation and shall be nontaxable as long as held in a trust status. No disposition of such lands heretofore made shall be invalidated because of the provisions of said section 6 making homesteads inalienable.
