Public Land Order No. 2171 of August 3, 1960, appearing in the FEDERAL REGISTER of August 10, 1960, at page 7533, is hereby amended by deleting the penultimate paragraph which provided for a 330 foot buffer zone around each area reserved by the order. The purpose of this amendment is to permit the authorized officer to prescribe whatever buffer zone is necessary for the proper care, upkeep, and administration of Indian cemeteries in Alaska.
