By virtue of the authority contained in section 3 of the act of June 18, 1934 (48 Stat. 934; 25 U.S.C. 463), and pursuant to recommendations of the Tribal Council and the Commissioner of Indian Affairs, and a finding by the Secretary of the Interior that such action is in the public interest, it is ordered as follows:
The following described lands, ceded by the Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache Tribes of Indians to the United States pursuant agreement ratified by the act of June 6, 1900 (31 Stat. 672, 676), having been reserved for use of the Bureau of Indian Affairs for administrative purposes and being now surplus for such use, are hereby restored to tribal ownership for the use and benefit of the Kiowa, Comanche , and Apache Tribes of Indians and are added to and made a part of the existing reservation, subject to any valid existing rights:
