Joint resolution providing for extending provisions of the act authorizing extension of payments to homesteaders on the Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservation, Idaho.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the provisions of an act of Congress approved April fifteenth, nineteen hundred and twelve, authorizing the extension of time within which to make payments of certain moneys by homestead entrymen upon the Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservation, in the State of Idaho, be extended and held to apply to payments that became due prior to the passage

of the act under the same conditions that apply to payments becoming due subsequent to the passage of the law. That nothing herein contained shall affect any valid adverse claim initiated prior to the passage of this resolution.
