Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of $995 derived from the sale of land allotted to Pete Coberly, a Navajo Indian, who has been adjudged by the Secretary of the Interior to be legally dead and to have died without heirs, may be deposited in the Treasury of the United Status to the credit of the Navajo Tribe of Indians and is hereby made available for appropriation by Congress for the benefit of said Indians.
