Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby withdrawn from settlement, occupancy, or disposal under the laws of the United States, and set apart and reserved for the use, benefit, and occupancy of certain bands of Paiute Indians, and such other Indians of this tribe as the Secretary of the Interior may see fit to settle theron, subject, however, to any valid existing rights of any persons thereto, the tracts of land in the State of Utah, particularly described as follows: Sections 21, 22, 23, and 24, township 29 south, range 18 west, Salt Lake meridian.
